Reporting a game problem

Include your browser and device, the game mode, and the Daily date if applicable. Tell us the score, clock and call you selected, what you expected, and what happened instead. A screenshot or a short list of steps is helpful. If the issue happens after refreshing, mention whether you used Resume drive or started a new scenario.

Questioning a scenario or score

For historical-data corrections, include the teams, season and starting situation, plus a public source if you have one. For a leaderboard question, include the display name, mode and date. Remember that the opening is historical, while later plays and the coach grade are simulated. The data guide explains that distinction.

Quick help before you write

The controls and saving guide covers sound, replay, clock behavior and saved drives. Copy result provides selectable text when clipboard access is blocked. Clearing browser storage removes local results and unfinished games, so keep that in mind before using it to troubleshoot.
